Aloe Vera Juice
I have to say that I was initially skeptical when I heard talk about the benefits of aloe vera juice. I’d used aloe ever since I was young ster for the treatment of minor cuts and scrapes, and so was familiar with its healing properties on the outside of the body.

Benefits of Aloe Vera Juice - It's Good
for Blood Circulation

Hearing that there were benefits of aloe vera juice taken as a drink was a hard pill to swallow. You see, aloe vera has a very green, oily smell and texture. It is fairly pleasant as a lotion (if you cut off a leaf that is what is inside – a lotion which you can squeeze right onto the skin), but as a drink, it seemed somehow dubious. I had once tasted it when it was on my finger. It did not have what you might call an appealing flavor.

So when my friend Al began touting the benefits of aloe vera juice, I simply bit my lip and tried not to laugh. All is a naturopath, and a cut above the average naturopath. He really knows his plants and herbs, not just what he is told by the herb companies and fruity new age books. He knows the chemical composition, the history, the counter indications, and all manner of other information of every plant he prescribes. He even grows them himself – all but the most temperamental. So when Al started referring to the benefits of aloe vera juice as if it were a panacea, I couldn't really take him too lightly. Al never normally used the word panacea.

According to him, there are a virtually unlimited number of benefits of aloe vera juice. It is good for blood circulation, benefiting and regulating the blood pressure. It is good for disorders of the bones and joints as a result of its helpful amino acids and minerals. There are even benefits of aloe vera juice to boost immune system, as it helps defend the body against hostile organisms. But one of the greatest benefits of aloe vera juice is its incredible nutritional content. It contains amino acids, lipids, and many other helpful ingredients which will boost your health and energy. It is excellent for healing tissue damage inside the body - every bit as good as it is externally. With all the benefits of aloe vera juice, you really can not afford not to take it! I drink a glass of aloe vera every day and have never felt better.
